Powertrain Structure Design for Fuel Cell Electrical Vehicle

摘要: 对比分析实际燃料电池轿车两种动力系统结构的优缺点,提出燃料电池轿车动力系统设计原则; Plug-in 燃料电池轿 车动力系统的结构能够继承所述两种动力系统结构的优点并克服其固有缺点; 根据动力系统设计原则实现的Plug-in 燃料 电池轿车动力系统,具有效率高、成本适中的特点; 经仿真分析和试验认证,所设计的Plug-in 燃料电池轿车动力系统结构 和能量分配设计方法准确实用。该方法对串联混合动力、双电源系统汽车的能量设计分配也具一定参考价值。

Abstract: Based on the experiences of developing and applying fuel cell vehicles,two practical powertrain structures are compared,and it comes to the conclusion that the powertrain of PFCV is of higher efficiency,lower cost,and more safety for battery utilizing etc. Some guidelines for powertrain design are summarized. Through revealing the developing process of a given PFCV powertrain,the systematic methods for powertrain and power distribution design are introduced. With a series of verifications by simulation and experiment,the mentioned powertrain and its design and analysis methods are proved to be correct and appropriate,which is also referential to the energy distribution design of hybrid vechicles.
